RETURN POLICY
A) GREECE
EXCHANGES
The customer has the right to exchange the product (s) by another size, color or with other product within 14 calendar days of receiving the package provided the required below conditions are met. The value stated on the proof of purchase will be taken into account for any exchanges or returns. The cost of the exchange for the customer is € 5.
Conditions for exchanges:
• All items must be in perfect condition, complete and without any damage.
• All products must be packaged safely and exactly as you’ve received them - with their labels, security tags, protective plastic wraps and storage boxes, along with all the accompanying documents (such as Sales Invoice, Receipt) and full packaging. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete or used, STYLE VERSA reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and unilaterally wholly or partially offsetting the claim against the potential customer requirement.
• Exchanges are not accepted on custom-made products, and for health or hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchanges or refunds for the following products: earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, underwear, socks, towels and related products.
• Exchanges can only be made through the affiliated courier company Geniki Taxydromiki. Exchanges by regular mail or other courier companies will not be accepted.
Exchange Process:
In order to exchange a product, the customer should send a written request to email support@styleversa.com with all necessary information (order number, product code and description to be exchanged, new product code and description, optionally reason for change). Upon receipt and processing of the request, we will contact you by phone or email to proceed with the exchange / return process.
No exchanges / refunds are accepted unless there has been written communication first (written request to support@styleversa.com) and a response from us. In the case of unauthorized or non-approved returns, the products will be returned to the original order dispatch address.
RETURNS

The return process costs € 5 and this amount will be automatically deducted from the amount you will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products and made in the same way that the purchase was made, ie the refunded amount will be deposited into the account you give us or directly to the card you used at your purchase. When sending back the order you will have to notify the courier service that the charge is the recipient (ours). In addition, refunds are only for the value of the products (excluding any expenses you may have paid eg delivery cost or COD). We deposit money from our account with National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank or Alpha Bank. There may be additional charges from your bank, and possible delay if your account is in another bank, other than National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank or Alpha Bank. Our company is not required to cover any bank charges (in the normal practice of the banks) the financial institution that the customer cooperates with when receiving the refunded amounts.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE - LOST PRODUCTS
We follow a strict quality assurance process before sending out any order. In the unfortunate event that you received a defective or incorrect product, you must send a request in writing to email support@styleversa.com with all necessary product information (order code, code and product description to be changed, code and product description) including product photos to immediately exchange / refund your order any shipping charge for you.
