Shipping cost in Greece is FREE for orders over 39 euros. For orders below € 39 there is a flat fee of € 4 (cash on delivery is charged extra € 1).

Undelivered orders are returned to us after a week.

Customers that had previously selected cash on delivery as payment method and refused to receive the order or did not respond to written or telephone communication from Courier or "STYLE VERSA", and as a result did not receive the order at their own fault, will be able to receive a new order only after paying the total amount of the new order via debit / credit card or bank deposit.

You can pay your order to the courier driver at the time of the delivery. Payment is made in cash. No credit card is needed. This option is only available for orders within Greece.

CREDIT /DEBIT/PRE-PAID CARD

You can pay your order via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards.

BANK TRANSFER

You can pay your order by depositing the amount of the order to one of our bank accounts. The deposit of the total amount of the order has to be completed within 2 working days of the day of the order, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

EXCHANGES- RETURNS

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

The customer has the right to return or exchange the product (s) by another size, color or with other product within 14 calendar days of receiving the package provided the required below conditions are met.

Conditions for exchanges/returns:

• All items must be in perfect condition, complete and without any damage- with their labels, security tags, protective plastic wraps and storage boxes, along with all the accompanying documents (such as Sales Invoice, Receipt) and full packaging.

• Exchanges and refunds are not accepted on custom-made products, while for health or hygiene reasons, we do not accept any changes or refunds for the following products: earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, underwear, socks, towels and related products. Furthermore we do not accept returns or refunds on discounted or products on offer.

• In the unfortunate event that you received a defective or incorrect product, you must send a request in writing to email support@styleversa.com with all necessary product information (order code, code and product description to be changed, code and product description) including product photos to immediately exchange / refund your order without any charge for you.

• No exchanges & returns are accepted unless there has been written communication first (written request to support@styleversa.com) and a response from us. In the case of unauthorized or non-approved returns, the products will be returned to the original order dispatch address.

GREECE

Exchanges & returns can only be made through the affiliated courier company Geniki Taxydromiki. Exchanges by regular mail or other courier companies will not be accepted. The value stated on the proof of purchase will be taken into account for any exchanges or returns (excluding any transportation or COD fees that you may have paid). The cost of the exchange for the customer is € 5.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

You may choose your desired company to ship back to us any product that you want to exchange or return at your expense. The value stated on the proof of purchase will be taken into account for any exchanges or returns (excluding any transportation fees that you may have initially paid).
